These cupcakes were more on the unconventional side...think...oreo cookie crumb crust on the inside of the cupcake liner, spooned full of chocolate mousse...you still with me...topped with fresh strawberries!!! So good, so easy and such a crowd pleaser. Great end to our Easter potluck brunch but could be served for so many occasions. As I type this I am trying to think of an excuse to make them again!
