I made these angel food cupcakes with an orange frosting for a baby shower. The mom-to-be was experiencing an aversion to sweets so I thought this although sweet cupcake was on the lighter side would be perfect. And they were...she loved em!!! The citrus burst in the frosting is fantastic...great for the springtime.
