What is an ICE CREAM CUPCAKE?It's simple really...it is a chocolate cupcake liner filled with your favorite ice cream and garnished with toppings of your choice. I added a surprise to these and dropped mini M&Ms in the bottom of the chocolate cupcake liner.
Instructions:
Melt about 1/2 bag of chocolate chips, I used semi sweet. Allow the chocolate to cool a little bit and use a paint brush to coat the inside of a cupcake liner (there is enough for about 12 cupcakes). Let the chocolate harden. Tear off the cupcake liner and fill with ice cream, pick your favorite flavor. Garnish with topping of choice. In this case I used mini oreos.
